  • Correlation of bee sound with physiological and biochemical stress markers
  • Manifestation of neurodegenerative spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 (SCA1) in D. melanogaster (2021)
  • Effect of insecticidal Cry proteins on non-target invertebrates (2016 – 2020)
  • TRANSCRY, Transfer of insecticidal Cry proteins along the food chain (2014 – 2015)
  • Comparison of the impact of Bt maize on entomofauna in the conditions of the Czech and Slovak Republic (2014 – 2015)
  • Quantitative and qualitative monitoring of the selected non-target epigeic arthropods on the plots seeded with NK603 (Roundup Ready maize) with the various combination of currently used tillage treatments and different herbicide regimes  (2013 – 2014)
  • Mechanisms of beetle resistance to Bacillus thuringiensis Cry toxins (2012 – 2015)
