- TRANSCRY, Transfer of insecticidal Cry proteins along the food chain (2014 – 2015)
- Comparison of the impact of Bt maize on entomofauna in the conditions of the Czech and Slovak Republic (2014 – 2015)
- Quantitative and qualitative monitoring of the selected non-target epigeic arthropods on the plots seeded with NK603 (Roundup Ready maize) with the various combination of currently used tillage treatments and different herbicide regimes (2013 – 2014)
- Mechanisms of beetle resistance to Bacillus thuringiensis Cry toxins (2012 – 2015)
- Introduction of genetically modified corn hybrids with resistance to insect pests and tolerance to non-selective herbicides in the Czech Republic with regard to biotic components of agroecosystems (2009 – 2011)
